Software Tester

We are currently hiring a Software Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by conducting thorough testing and validation of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document defects.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
• Analyze testing results and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the QA process.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide reports on testing activities and results.
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestRail).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
