Sr. QA/QC Engineer

Our client, a well-established civil construction company in Dubai, is seeking a senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) with strong hands-on experience in high-rise building projects.

The candidate must have a proven track record of working with reputed contractors on large-scale projects in UAE and should be fully familiar with local standards, consultant coordination, and site quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, Method Statements, and checklists.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards.
• Review material test reports, concrete mix designs, and lab results.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality issues.
• Monitor concrete works, structural works, finishing works, and interfaces with MEP.
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation for final project handover.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

✔ 10–12 years of total experience, with minimum 8 years in UAE

✔ Must have worked on high-rise buildings in Dubai

✔ Experience with reputed main contractors (not small contractors)

✔ Familiar with:

• Dubai Municipality requirements
• ISO 9001
• ASTM / BS standards

Preferred Profile

• Previous experience in residential towers, mixed-use developments, or commercial high-rise projects
• ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Available in UAE for interviews
