Software Tester / QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar
• Perform regression, smoke, functional, and UI testing
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes
• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning
• Ensure high-quality releases within defined timelines
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Manual Testing (Automation is a plus)
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have

• Automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
