Overview
Provide the chance to working with one of the industry leader in Autofinance area in Los Angeles. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and collaborate closely with IT department to produce autofinance related front-end & back-end system. This role will offer opportunities for growth into project management, making it ideal for candidates interested in expanding their careers beyond design. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.
Responsibilities
· Solve design challenges and take initiative in driving UI/UX improvements.
· Create intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile apps that enhance overall user satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business divisions and IT, to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned with user needs and business objectives.
· conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure a user-centric approach.
· Work closely with software engineers to ensure design accuracy and consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
· Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and continuously improve usability.
· Assist with leading design-related aspects of software projects, with the potential to grow into project management responsibilities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in design, software UI/UX design or development or related field
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on digital products.
· Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
· Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices for creating user-centered designs.
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
· Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting design ideas.
· Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with user data analysis and feedback interpretation to improve design solutions.
· Interest in exploring career development in project management, with the potential to lead software development initiatives
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
