What You’ll Do

• Assess current UX design processes, tools, and methodologies
• Identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic plan to enhance UX frameworks and practices.
• Implement effective design solutions, ensuring alignment with user-centered principles and business goals.
• Guide and mentor internal teams through UX design transformations
• Deliver documentation, process improvements, and actionable recommendations to support ongoing UX optimization.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience design
• Experience with user research, workshops, interview facilitation, user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping
• Strong experience with Figma and other design tools

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range for X is $45/hr to $55/hr. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
