Job Title: Software/Hardware Support Engineer

Location: Muscat, Oman

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

.Host and manage software applications on IIS Web Server.

.Manage SQL database tables/pages for data storage and retrieval.

.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users.

.Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

.Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and updates.

.Install and configure hardware devices, including PDTs, RFID printers, and networking equipment.

.Perform 70% on-site and 30% office-based work.

Qualifications & Skills

.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

.1–3 years of experience in software deployment, application support, database management, and hardware support.

.Basic knowledge of SQL Server database linking.

.Familiarity with software patching, testing, and deployment cycles.

.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.

.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with end-users and technical teams.

.Preference: Candidates with a valid Oman driving license.
