Freelance Full Stack Developer – Property Management Platform

Luxor Developments LLC is a Florida-based property management and real estate operations company managing over USD 2.85M in residential and investment assets. We focus on efficiency, transparency, and long-term asset performance through smart technology and automation.

We’re looking for an experienced freelance Full Stack Developer to build the Luxor Property Management Platform — a secure, multi-tenant web app with Tenant, Owner, and Admin portals. The platform will centralize rent payments, maintenance requests, document management, communications, and AI-powered analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop core modules for authentication, payments, documents, maintenance, and messaging
• Build responsive dashboards using React/Next.js and a scalable backend with NestJS or Django
• Integrate ClickPay/Stripe for payments, Twilio/SendGrid for messaging, and DocuSign for agreements
• Ensure strong security, role-based access control (RBAC), and CI/CD implementation
• Deploy to Vercel + AWS/GCP, with a future plan to expand into React Native for mobile

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering full-stack web applications (preferably SaaS or multi-tenant platforms)
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js (NestJS) or Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Experience integrating external APIs and setting up cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Understanding of authentication, encryption, and data compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with milestone-based deliverables
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs or analytics dashboards
