We are a growing Australian solar company looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our team and help convert qualified leads into customers.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be speaking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions. Your job is to build trust, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals over the phone.

Requirements

• Fluent English with clear pronunciation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or sales role.
• Experience in solar sales is highly preferred.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Ability to work Australian business hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm and qualified solar leads.
• Conduct phone consultations with homeowners.
• Explain solar and battery products, rebates, and savings.
• Follow up prospects and answer customer questions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.
