Solar - Civil Engineer

Job Role:

• Conduct site surveys, geotechnical assessments, and topographical analysis.
• Design foundations for solar mounting structures (pile, ballast, raft, etc.).
• Optimize layout based on terrain, shading, and soil conditions.
• Prepare civil drawings, BOQs, and structural calculations.
• Oversee grading, drainage, and storm water management plans.
• Support construction team during site development and installation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil works execution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 2–4 years of civil engineering experience (solar industry Must).
• Experience working on solar PV projects between 5 MW and 20 MW.
• Familiarity with foundation testing, soil reports, and site grading.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
