Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Solar Engineer to join our growing team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solar energy projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of solar power for potential clients.
• Design and engineer photovoltaic (PV) solar systems using industry-standard software.
• Develop technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar projects.
• Oversee the procurement of solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with construction crews to ensure proper installation of solar systems according to design plans.
• Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the installation process.
• Assist with system commissioning and testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to clients after system installation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Engineer or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and design principles.
• Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
• Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Experience with solar project management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
