Job Description:
The Solar Installation Engineer will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning solar power systems. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency during the installation process, along with maintaining adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Solar System Installation:

• Execute on-site installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures.
• Plan and organize daily installation activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure systems are installed as per design specifications and regulatory standards.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure optimal performance of solar systems.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to the installation team.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of installation activities.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Train junior staff or new team members in solar installation practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address their queries during installation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Any degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar field.
• Knowledge of solar PV system components, electrical wiring, and system integration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:
