Lead Electrician & Solar Installer Opportunity

Are you an experienced Electrician and Solar Installer with a deep understanding of batteries and electrical systems? At Supreme Solar and Electric, we’re looking for a Lead Electrician to join our team and grow with us!

Position: Lead Electrician & Solar Installer

Experience: Minimum 5 years required

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Electrician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Installing and troubleshooting Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase batteries for both partial and whole-home backup systems.
• Performing main panel upgrades and electrical service upgrades.
• Setting up backup load panels and efficiently moving circuits for battery integration.
• Leading a team to ensure projects are completed on time, with clean and professional results.
• Communicating effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer care.
• Uploading clear, detailed job photos to document progress.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking a candidate who:

• Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and solar installations.
• Possesses strong knowledge of battery systems (Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase).
• Is skilled in main panel and electrical upgrades, including circuit management for backup systems.
• Has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects efficiently.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, clean work practices, and a customer-first attitude.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers.

Compensation & Hours:

• Competitive pay: $27 to $35 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week (may range from 30-50 hours).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
