Solar Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day solar plant and rooftop operations.
• Lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor real-time system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Develop operational checklists, SOPs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Address client complaints, queries, and service requests promptly.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and technical feasibility studies.
• Design and evaluate solar structures, layouts, and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare compliance reports for audits and certifications.
• Implement workplace safety protocols and training programs.
• Monitor solar production vs. projected output; identify efficiency gaps.
• Implement strategies for improving energy yield and reducing downtime.
• Recommend innovative upgrades and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare periodic performance, cost-benefit, and ROI analysis reports.
• Track KPIs including system uptime, complaint resolution time, and productivity benchmarks.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in solar operations, project execution, or technical management.
• In-depth knowledge of PV systems, inverters, batteries, and solar structures.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst, or other solar design/monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Korangi Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy: 3 years (Preferred)
