Solar - O and M Engineer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Solar Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our growing technical team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe performance of solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar PV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults and performance issues.
• Maintain logs, reports, and service records.
• Monitor plant performance and respond to downtime alerts.
• Work closely with remote monitoring and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of solar inverters, LT/HT panels, and PV modules.
• Familiar with site safety practices and performance monitoring tools.
• Candidate should have experience in String Inverters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
