Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team for a major solar energy project in the UAE. The primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and supporting structures on various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Safely and efficiently install solar panels, mounting racks, and support structures on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, strictly following engineering plans and specifications.
• Preparation: Prepare the work area, including layout measurements, staging equipment, and ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.
• Safety & Quality: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure high-quality installation and a safe working environment.
• Tool Management: Operate and maintain essential hand and power tools used for solar panel installation.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a manual or technical labor role, preferably in construction, electrical work, or similar fields.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Focus: Must possess a strong commitment to worksite safety and following procedures.
• Visa Status (Mandatory): Must possess a valid, personal UAE residency visa/work permit. The company will not be providing visa sponsorship for this role.
• Commitment: Willingness to commit to a full one-year contract duration.
