About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Solar Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex solar EPC projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring adherence to cost, time, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits, technical evaluations, and ensure work complies with approved designs and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and cost efficiency.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and ensure quality control of materials and services.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, environmental laws, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and present project progress reports and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive or corrective measures proactively.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams to build strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of proven experience in solar or renewable infrastructure project management.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-megawatt solar EPC projects within time and budget.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, design, and installation practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, or similar solar design software.
• Familiarity with national electrical codes and grid interconnection procedures.
• Experience in cost estimation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for solar projects.
