Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
- Handle complete sales cycle for 3–5 MW+ cumulative solar projects
- Meet monthly & annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead & mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Develop channel partners and dealer networks
- Conduct partner training for product knowledge and sales process
- Coordinate with technical, design & installation teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations & ensure timely deal closures
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports & forecasts
- Provide strategic insights to management for business growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
