Solar Sales Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Solar Sales Manager to lead our solar energy solutions sales division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the solar or renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for driving the team to achieve sales objectives, developing market strategies, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate the solar market.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of indoor sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and market segments for solar product expansion.
· Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to final contract closure.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
· Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the solar energy industry.
· In-depth knowledge of solar products, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
· Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
· Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
