As a Solar Sales Engineer you will support the sales team with conceptual solar designs and technical information that lead to successful sales contracts. You will have the opportunity to develop proposals that meet our customers’ needs with our focus on intelligent solar power solutions.

The Solar Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical expertise for solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar inverters and possess 3-5 years of experience in the solar industry. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solar solutions. Offer technical expertise on solar inverters and other related products.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their energy needs, present solutions, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Ensure all technical specifications meet customer requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solar projects from conception to completion.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance. Offer post-sales support to resolve any technical issues.

What we need?

1. Preferred B-Tech Candidate with 2-3 years’ experience

2. Technically Sound about solar solutions for home owners

3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi

4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years

5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to close the deals

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

What You Can Expect?

Salary : Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month/ (3 Lacs CTC)

Work Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Education : Graduate/B. Tech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
