Your Role:
As a Solar Consultant, you will:

• Represent Radix Solar with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
• Provide a customer-first sales experience from start to finish
• Consistently hit or exceed personal and team sales targets
• Hone your skills with continuous coaching and development
• Prospect and close deals in a face-to-face residential environment
• Build long-term relationships with customers

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are an excellent communicator with a confident, professional presence
• Are self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Have strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Are available for evening shifts and some Saturdays
• Are 17+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
