Job Description:

We are looking for a BPO Sales Representative to join our International Solar Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote solar energy products and services
• Introduce company offerings and explain the benefits of solar solutions
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (solar experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Good English communication (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Friday

Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 120,000
