- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client interaction and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solar system designs based on site and energy usage analysis.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including layouts, performance estimates, and ROI calculations.
- Use tools like Sketch Up to create system visuals and design presentations.
- Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales cycle with professionalism and clarity.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales and implementation phases.
- Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams for smooth project handover and execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, solar incentives, and technical advancements.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 year of experience in solar sales or marketing (required).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar system design and performance parameters.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up or similar design software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
