  • Generate and convert leads by promoting solar solutions and closing deals confidently.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client interaction and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored solar system designs based on site and energy usage analysis.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including layouts, performance estimates, and ROI calculations.
  • Use tools like Sketch Up to create system visuals and design presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales cycle with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales and implementation phases.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams for smooth project handover and execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, solar incentives, and technical advancements.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in solar sales or marketing (required).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar system design and performance parameters.
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up or similar design software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
