Job description:

Solar Engineer to manage the planning, supervision, and maintenance of solar PV installations. The role includes site execution, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating service activities post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and service teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills -

• Solar PV system installation & maintenance
• Inverter troubleshooting (e.g., Sungrow, SMA)
• AC/DC electrical knowledge
• Remote monitoring & diagnostics
• Site supervision & team coordination
• Project planning & material management
• Basic AutoCAD and technical drawings
• Use of testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter)
• Problem-solving & fault analysis
• Good communication & customer handling

THis role involves field travel .Travel+food+accomodation will be given while on work travel .Candidates from Mumbai/Pune /Gujarat/Maharashtra can apply .We need candidates who have worked on industrial solar rooftop & groundmounted projects .This is a immediate requirement

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
