Position Overview

Looking for a role where you can earn based on performance and grow quickly?

Inspire Solar is hiring Appointment Setters in Dallas and Houston to support our expanding sales teams.

In this role, you will connect directly with homeowners, introduce solar solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our closing team. No solar experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners in local communities
• Educate customers on solar energy benefits
• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments
• Work closely with the closing team to drive results
• Track activity and follow up with potential customers
