Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL Garbage Truck and Grapple Truck Operator to join our solid waste management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate garbage trucks and grapple trucks to collect and transport solid waste and recyclables.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of waste materials.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for waste collection.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of waste collection activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating garbage trucks and grapple trucks.
• Knowledge of waste management procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
• High School Diploma or GED
