Solution Architect

Job Information

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs. They will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals, are scalable and sustainable. The Solution Architect will serve as a technical expert, guiding development teams through the solution delivery lifecycle.

Role & Responsibility

Solution Design:

• Develop architectural blueprints and detailed technical designs that align with business requirements.
• Create high-level and detailed design documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review code, design, and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with architectural standards.

Implementation Oversight:

• Oversee the implementation of solutions to ensure they meet the specified architecture and design.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance with strategic goals and technical standards.

Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Identify and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the quality and efficiency of solutions.

Problem Solving:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development and deployment.
• Provide support and guidance to development and operations teams as needed.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role such as Developer, Systems Analyst, or similar positions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing software and system solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture and design principles
• Proficiency with SAP Variant Configuration(VC) and related services
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, SQL).
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions.
