ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager.

Sirion – Sirion Certified CLM Professional

Other – Docusign (proctored), Ironclad, evisort, ContractpodAI or any CLM Domain certifications, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign) problems.

Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platforms Ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Manage changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes.

Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.

Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.

 Buyer/Support/Manager updates  Agreement Expiry date Updates.  Notification Updates  Create or Amend Help Text  Removing the user from team in Notification  Workflow Update  Create/Update Workflow approvals.  Create/Update Rules

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.

Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.

Education

Salary Range: $130000 - $150000 a year
