We are looking for a Solution Architect - Core HR Systems to join our dynamic Workday team. In the role you will take care of the implementation of new integrations from Workday and oversee Workday Architecture. Participate in Integration design, projects, deployments and ensures it follows the integration roadmap. You will work to ensure long-term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance, & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take charge of the implementation of new integrations from Workday and oversee Workday Architecture.
- Participate in Integration design and ensure it follows the roadmap.
- Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday Integrations.
- Ensure ongoing integration monitoring.
- Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday Integrations.
- Help manage projects related to the Workday Integration, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features.
- Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Workday Integration certifications (PECI and Workday Studio)
- SAP/CPI experience would be an advantage.
- 4+ years' Workday Integration role.
- Experience with REST & SOAP (SOAPUI or Postman experience is welcome).
- Practical knowledge of JSON, XML, and xslt transformations.
- Strong experience with Workday Integrations, SAP landscape would be an advantage.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and user experience.
