12-13 Years of IT experience with a specialisation in Data science, AI and ML architecture and at least 3+ years of experience in architecting GenAI and NLP solutions for complex business use cases.
As a GenAI/NLP Consultant, you will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions powered by state-of-the-art NLP techniques and large language models (LLMs).
Advise clients on NLP/LLM strategies, solution architectures, and implementation best practices.
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for agentic AI systems using Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) and agentic libraries such as LangGraph, LangChain etc.
Design and develop NLP/LLM pipelines for tasks such as information extraction, summarization, classification, conversational Al, and many more.
Well versed with Azure native GenAI services such as Azure foundry and copilot studio and exposure working with LLMs, preferably Azure OpenAI and GPT.
Fine-tune and customize pre-trained language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) to meet client-specific needs.
Evaluate and compare different LLM approaches for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Strategize and implement AI governance and monitoring to ensure alignment to organisation policies, regulatory requirements, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to align on business goals and technical solutions.
Create documentation, presentations, and technical reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the NLP/LLM landscape and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and resource upbringing efforts.
