Qualifications
1- Proven experience in service delivery management with expertise in solution architecture and system integration.
2- Strong programming/coding skills in front-end and back-end technologies, including frameworks such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
3- Deep understanding of integration strategies, API design, and middleware solutions.
4- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
5- Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
6- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
7- Experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks.
9- Ability to lead internal and external teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
