Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solution Consultant – Document Management & Digitization to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate software sales, strong solution-consulting skills, and the ability to engage clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored digitization solutions. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, technical understanding, and client-facing presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and market analysis
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored document management and digitization solutions
  • Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, training, and support to clients and partners
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, proposals, negotiations, closing, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and quotas
  • Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel networks
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
  • Share best practices, support team collaboration, and adhere to company processes, quality standards, and deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate software or enterprise solution sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • IT / technology background is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver confident, professional presentations and product demos
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and client-facing personality
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger sales team
  • Territory and market awareness for one or more of the following regions: KSA, Qatar, UAE, India, Bahrain
  • Valid driving license for the country of application (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
