Role Overview

The Implementation Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in bridging customer needs with effective solution delivery. In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless execution through collaboration with internal teams and partners. This is a customer-facing position that combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and consultative engagement to drive successful outcomes and long-term customer value.

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to capture business and technical requirements, translating complex needs into clear and actionable solution designs.

• Develop precise Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Design and validate technical solutions and configurations that align with customer objectives and best practices.

• Support the implementation team and partners with solutioning and/or building complex integrations and customizations as needed.

• Stay current on Rocketlane product capabilities and evolving industry best practices to continually enhance solution recommendations.

You should apply if you have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or delivery management.

• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to draft SOWs and manage contractual commitments effectively.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT systems is preferred.
