We’re Hiring: Senior Solutions Engineer (Dynatrace / Observability)
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Local candidates preferred)
Budget: 5,000 AED/64,863.50 Egyptian Pound

We are looking for a skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support pre-sales activities, deliver high-impact product demos, and design solutions that showcase the business value of observability and APM technologies.

What you’ll do:
Lead technical discovery sessions and pre-sales engagements
Design, execute POCs, and deliver compelling product demos
Provide hands-on guidance on architecture, deployment, and integrations
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a subject-matter expert in observability and cloud-native technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share insights to improve products

Requirements:
3–5 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with APM, observability, or cloud-native technologies
Proficiency in Java, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, and web technologies
Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Willingness to travel regionally up to 30–50%

Preferred:
Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms
Knowledge of microservices, serverless, modern architectures, and security best practices
