As a Solution Engineer - Network Management at Nokia, you'll play a vital role in integrating and customizing our solutions and third-party platforms to meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and implement solutions that enhance service provisioning and operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction through innovative problem-solving and technical expertise. You will thrive in a dynamic environment that promotes autonomy, creativity, and continuous learning. By leveraging your intermediate to advanced skills across multiple technology domains, you'll engage in tasks ranging from creating implementation plans to designing test strategies, all while contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.   • Integrate and customize Nokia solutions and third-party platforms to align with specific customer requirements.
  • Create and implement detailed technical infrastructure documents and project implementation plans.
  • Design and execute effective testing strategies, including test case development based on system integration processes.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to create feature specifications and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and act as a professional advisor within cross-functional teams.
  • Lead small project teams, managing resources and day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by suggesting innovative solutions and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Facilitate communication with leadership, influencing best practices and promoting new operational concepts.

You have:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in systems integration and management
  • Advanced skills in technical infrastructure documentation and implementation planning
  • Knowledge of the Systems Integration delivery process
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in customer requirement gathering and feature specification
  • Background in project management and team leadership
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Sharepoint and Yammer
  • Cross-cultural communication experience with a global mindset
