Job Summary:
Supermicro Computer is looking for experienced Solution Manager to promote, drive development, and delivery of our AI solutions. The individual must have deep understanding of product development and AI software related technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
  • Support SMC internal Sales, BDM and PMs to drive AI sales pipeline and attach AI software.
  • Support sales teams with deal execution, POCs, and solution design.
  • Build enablement training, demos, playbooks, and FAQs for sales/BDMs/PMs/FAEs.
  • Run joint campaigns, marketing activities, and customer events with AI Partners.
  • Represent Supermicro in executive briefings, DCBB / EBC demos, hackathons, and roundtables.
  • Guide enterprise customers on AI architecture, RAG, and inference best practices.
  • Provide regional/competitive insights back into leadership and product teams.
  • Work with Sales, Purchasing, Product, System, Rack, Product Office, Validation, and Marketing on aligned GTM.
  • Expand ecosystem partnerships to increase software attach opportunities.
  • Act as evangelist for Supermicro’s Total AI Solutions leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years enterprise sales/technical sales experience with large deal wins.
  • Proven track record selling AI / ML/ LLM/ Inferencing AI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, inference/edge device workloads, Kubernetes, Slurm and vector DBs.
  • Familiar with AI hardware architectures and network topologies, and AI server cluster environment
Salary Range
$93,000 - $150,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
