Solution Purchaser Specialist-French Speaker

Job Description:

Mission:

  • Projects & Services Purchaser, for complex / high complex projects and/or services specifically, which requires strong competences and seniority.
  • He/She is responsible for provinding a right level of support to the tendering & execution teams with the expected competitiveness, reliability, quality and timeliness.
  • Define strategy during Tendering pahse and assure right level of perfomance during execution
  • Ensure effective supply chain management with tendering and project execution.
    Develop solutions to improve quotation lead time in Tendering phase & Margin at Execution

Key responsibilities:

1) Tendering:
  • Select right suppliers according to the specifics needs and SOC (Supplier orientation chart) matrix.
  • Request for quotation.
  • Assure a fair process for all the supplier according to Ethics and Compliance standards.
  • Ensure that all the supplier qualification & certification required have been done (RFI, SAM Audit, Avetta, Cybersecurity, etc).
  • Analyze offers and build the bid tabulationBuild PPA (Project Purchasing Analisys) and perform risk análsys according to guidelines.
  • Manage contractualization.
2) Execution:
  • Track vendor progress accoring to deliverables.
  • Work with project and /or service team to grant project /service performance.
3) Procurement admin:
  • Vendor creation, frame agreement/contract uploads in SSP‑SRM, reporting.
4) Frame Agreements:
  • Define needs with Project/Service/Business; negotiate price lists or frame agreements (with/without prices).

Qualifications:

Education:
  • A level + 5 years career in progress (either engineering School, MSc, or Business high school degree).
  • A Supply Chain pos graduate degree is a plus.
Language requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English.
Experience:
  • +3 Year of experience working in Purchasing activities and /or Solution business
  • Experience in project and/or service business
Skills requirements:
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Advanced Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced level of Supplier Relationship management.
  • Advanced risk management skills.
  • Advanced contract management skills.
  • Focus on Customer: good level of Supplier Relationship management, active Participation during Supplier Business Review..
  • Stress Management in a moving and uncertain situation.
  • At ease with new integrated digital tools for better work efficiency.
