Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a Solution Specialist who brings hustle, confidence, and the drive to turn conversations into closed deals. If you see sales targets as the baseline not the limit and you’re motivated by the chance to double your salary through commission, this role is built for you.

Your Top Responsibilities

• Find and create new opportunities through outreach, cold calls, networking, and smart prospecting.
• Run discovery sessions to understand client needs and present solutions that fit.
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and close.
• Build lasting relationships while consistently hitting (and beating) your targets.

We expect from you

• A true hunter, driven by deals and motivated by commission.
• Confident, outspoken, and comfortable leading conversations and pitching.
• Tech-friendly and curious – quick to pick up new software and explain it to others.
• Sales experience (especially in outreach, prospecting, or SaaS) is a strong plus.
• Bonus points if you’ve already worked with the Maqsam platform.
