Job Purpose:

This role serves as the go-to MENA expert in the Silent drainage solution within the building segment and provides close technical support Internal / external, supporting the commercial goals for Silenta push.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gain full technical knowledge of the Silenta 3A / Premium and stay updated on industry regulations, certifications and innovations
  • Serve as the internal / external go-to expert for product knowledge, specification, technicality, drawings, system design and selection.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal / external customers (developers, contractors, consultants, distributors, Installers)
  • Lead specifications with consultants, add GF USPs in CSI format, prepare a full technical library.
  • Prepare training manuals, PPTs, on site visits and support on installation, best practices, solutions.
  • Drive the Silenta sales in MENA with the BDMs & sales team.
  • Assist the sales team with client meetings, sales techniques and technical presentations.
  • Get the full market intelligent related to Acoustic drainage, competition analysis, brand positioning.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), including 5+ years in MEP Building / Plumbing sales.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with knowledge in Plumbing systems / Drainage solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with international customers and cultures.
  • Energetic, motivated, and target-driven, with strong time, territory, and pipeline management skills.
  • Well-structured, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • High integrity, compliance-focused, and trustworthy.
  • Able to travel within MENA
