Solutions Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE Experience Level: Senior (10+ years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across cloud platforms (Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), open-source application stacks, and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack development, hybrid mobile app frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions on Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Lead technical strategy and solution design across web and mobile platforms

• Define and enforce security compliance standards and best practices

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

• Evaluate and recommend cloud services, open-source tools, and frameworks

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

• Document architecture decisions, integration strategies, and technical designs

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design

• Proven expertise in Azure or OCI cloud environments

• Strong hands-on experience with open-source stacks including:

o React, Next.js, Node.js

o Hybrid mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Ionic)

• Deep understanding of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform)

• Solid grasp of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

• Full-stack development experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, OCI Architect Professional)

• Experience in government, smart city, or enterprise-scale projects is a plus
