Role: Solution & Technology Architect

Overall Exp.: 14+ years

Experience: 3–5+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture

Domain: Airline (Commercial, Customer, Digital, Cargo, Airport, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms)

Role Overview:

The role focuses on designing end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and architectural standards. You will work closely with value streams to define solution intent, low-level designs, and enable cost-effective, high-quality technology

delivery as part of an Agile transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for a specific business area

• Create solution intent and low-level design artifacts (ICDs, ICMs, etc.)

• Define and apply architecture patterns, standards, and enablers

• Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery models

• Ensure adherence to well-architected frameworks and governance principles

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align with roadmaps and strategy

• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to drive business value

• Contribute to improving overall architecture maturity and capability models

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Solution / Technology Architecture (Enterprise-grade solutions)

• Knowledge of SOA, Microservices, and integration patterns

• Exposure to Airline systems (PSS, Airport Ops, Cargo, Engineering, Enterprise platforms)

• Experience across SDLC using Agile and traditional methodologies

• Stakeholder management and strong communication skills

• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Well-Architected Frameworks, etc.) preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
