Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled,
hands-on Oracle BRM Expert
with strong
telecoms billing
and
RODOD
experience to join a major digital transformation and operations programme in Riyadh. This is a deeply technical role working on‑site within a large telecom environment, supporting complex billing, rating, and order orchestration functions.
The ideal consultant will have proven experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimising
Oracle BRM
systems within a live telecoms environment, with strong integration knowledge across the Oracle Communications suite, especially RODOD.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle BRM Technical Expertise

Design, configure, customise, and maintain
Oracle BRM
, including pricing, rating, discounting, invoicing, and billing modules.

Develop and support BRM pipeline, PCM/C, and PDC enhancements.

Troubleshoot critical production issues across BRM components and integrations.
RODOD & Oracle Communications Integration
-
Work hands-on with
RODOD
components such as OSM/SOM/COM, RSDOD, or related ordering and fulfilment modules.

Ensure seamless integration between BRM and RODOD solutions for end-to-end order-to-cash processes.

Analyse and optimise E2E workflow performance and data consistency.
Telecom Billing Operations

Support large-scale telecom billing cycles, mediation flows, and charging logic.

Contribute to product catalogue changes, rating updates, and billing configuration releases.
-
Work closely with business teams to ensure accuracy of billing outputs and revenue assurance alignment.
Production Support & Problem Resolution

Act as a senior technical escalation point for BRM and billing-related incidents in a live environment.

Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes across BRM and RODOD domains.

Optimise system performance, stability, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, operations, and vendor teams.

Participate in release planning, technical design workshops, and system upgrade initiatives.

Provide technical guidance to junior team members and external integrators.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise

7+ years of hands-on experience with
Oracle BRM
in telecom environments.

Strong experience with
RODOD / Oracle Communications Order & Service Management
.

Deep understanding of telecom billing, rating, charging, mediation, and subscription management.

Proficiency in:

BRM real-time & batch rating

PDC

Pipeline Manager

PCM/C, Java, or C-based BRM customisation

BRM system tuning and performance optimisation

Integration frameworks (SOAP/REST, OSB, OSM, AIA, or similar)
Operational & Problem-Solving Skills

Experience supporting complex production telecom environments with strict SLAs.

Strong troubleshooting ability across multi-tier Oracle Communications stacks.

Ability to diagnose end-to-end issues (billing, ordering, fulfilment, mediation).
