Position Overview

The role is responsible for understanding client requirements and designing tailored solutions within the Zones GSCaaS offering. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. The individual will play a key role in solution design, client engagement, project transition, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client’s requirements around Zones GSCaaS Solution offering
• Document and monitor client’s services requirements and goals
• Work closely with other support functions including Sales, Supply chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to design solutions tailored to fit customer’s requirements
• Propose and upsell value added services as per the customer’s current need which could add value for the customer and their end-users
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, timeline, change management, product availability, resources, and scope
• Work closely with project management teams for project turn over
• Work with customer stakeholders to ensure their goals align and abide by our organizational policies making it a win-win situation
• Create and provide a detailed Statement of Working, change request requests, pricing calculators of the proposed solution listing down scope of all the required services and related service pricing
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and in-scope service

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience in solution design, pre-sales, or service delivery roles, preferably within managed services or GSCaaS-type environments
• Strong ability to understand, analyze, and translate client requirements into practical and scalable service solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to document client requirements, define service scope, and align solutions with business goals
• Commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities to upsell and propose value-added services
• Strong understanding of project constraints including risk management, timelines, resource planning, and scope control
• Experience supporting project transitions/handovers to delivery and project management teams
• Ability to effectively engage with customer stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives
• Hands-on experience in creating Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and pricing models/calculators
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to define clear project goals and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
