Solutions Delivery Manager

About Us:
The Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for leading new client launches from intake through post-launch transition, ensuring each implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and with a high degree of operational quality.
This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, internal operations, workflow design, and cross-functional execution. The Solution Delivery Manager partners closely with Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Data, and other internal teams to translate client needs into clear, scalable, and repeatable delivery plans.
Success in this role requires strong project management, excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to drive clarity and accountability in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing detailed project plans, facilitating client-facing conversations, identifying risks, and helping the organization improve how implementations are delivered over time.
Ensure internal teams and client stakeholders are prepared for launch, including workflow readiness, operational handoffs, reporting expectations, and support processes.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce variability, and strengthen implementation quality across clients.
5–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, solution delivery, client delivery, or a related role; digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience preferred.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools preferred.
A good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented when plans inevitably change.
