Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and sales support capabilities. As a key partner to the sales organization, you will help prospective clients understand our technology, guide them through product capabilities, define requirements, and ensure our solutions meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical sales resource, supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Conduct pre-sales demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with prospects to identify business needs and translate them into clear product specifications and solution requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on the architecture, implementation, and integration of our software and blockchain-based technologies.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to design customized solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Respond to technical RFPs, create solution proposals, and support proof-of-concept (POC) efforts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, engineering sales support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of software technologies and foundational knowledge of blockchain concepts and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between technology and sales, conveying complex technical topics in clear, business-focused terms.
  • Proven experience gathering and defining product specifications and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
