Solutions Operation Specialist

Solutions Operation Specialist to work for RQEEM Company subsidiary of JABEEN Company.

Responsibilities:

• Align smart city initiatives with all Rqeem stakeholders’ throughout, operational frameworks, and national digital government standards.
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, product development, and product launch
• Support integration between industrial systems, municipal services, and city command & control platforms.
• Drive product ownership of assigned products, devising roadmaps and maintaining backlogs
• Support integration between industrial systems, municipal services, and city command & control platforms.
• Identify and develop smart city use cases relevant to industrial cities
• Support evaluation and deployment of smart city technologies (IoT sensors, AI analytics, GIS, digital twins, and urban platforms).
• Coordinate integration of smart city platforms with existing RCJY systems (utilities, traffic, security, environment).
• Support planning and execution of smart city pilots and operational projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, service operators, and technology vendors.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and benefits realization.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive briefs for senior leadership.
• Act as a coordination point between relevant departments, industrial tenants, service providers, and technology partners.
• Own the products/services strategic roadmap developed by the Business Unit Head and translate products/services strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Assist BU head during the launch of the products/services
• Formulate and manage ICT projects
• Manage the design, building, testing and deployment of solutions for Telecom Network & Connectivity products, digital platform, industry 4.0, smart city solutions, and DC & Cloud products

Qualifications:

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Smart infrastructure, Information system, IOT , computer Engineering / IT or equivalent field.
• 5–8 years of experience in smart cities, digital infrastructure, industrial systems, or large-scale urban or industrial programs.
• Experience in industrial cities, utilities, municipal services, or government entities is highly preferred.
• PMP, Product management, 4.0 certificate or equivalent is a plus.
