We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-focused Soul Manager to help build the heart and spirit of a new lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi.

This is not a traditional operations role.

We are looking for someone who can create energy, build community, connect people, and turn everyday visits into memorable experiences.

Your Mission

To make the destination feel alive.

You will help create a place where people gather, connect, celebrate, and feel they belong.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and grow the community around the destination

* Create engaging weekly and seasonal activations

* Develop partnerships with local creators, schools, entrepreneurs, and wellness communities

* Lead visitor engagement and community experiences

* Bring positive energy and hospitality across the destination

* Support social media storytelling and community content

* Work closely with marketing, leasing, and operations teams

* Help shape the culture and identity of the destination

* Strong personality and communication skills

* Passion for people, hospitality, and community building

* Creative thinker with high energy

* Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, events, retail, or community engagement

* Strong social media and networking abilities

* Someone who naturally brings people together
