Sound Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
A Sound Engineer is responsible for capturing, mixing, editing, and reproducing audio in various settings, including live events, recording studios, television, film, and radio. They ensure high-quality sound output that meets creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio equipment for recordings, broadcasts, or live performances
• Record, edit, and mix audio using digital or analog tools
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and performers to meet sound design goals
• Monitor sound quality during recording or live sessions
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues promptly
• Maintain and repair audio equipment as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and broadcasting standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sound/audio engineer or similar role
• Proficiency with audio recording and editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live)
• Solid understanding of acoustics, signal flow, and sound reinforcement
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hearing
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Degree or certification in audio engineering, music production, or a related field (preferred)
