Role Summary:

The Tamheer Training program is a six-month initiative dedicated to nurturing young Saudi talents who satisfy the necessary qualifications, offering them the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive traineeship within GE Vernova
business. This program is designed to enhance the trainees' general skill set while imparting invaluable on-the-job knowledge and technical expertise, thereby preparing them for successful careers in their chosen fields.

This role is not limited to Saudi Region only and offers great exposure globally by engaging with different Grid teams across the globe.

Job Description

What will you do:

  • Work with cross functional teams like Project Management, Procurement, Sourcing & shared service accounting team to support reduction in Accounts Payable (AP) Holds

  • Analyze & bring ideas to cleanse Source to Pay data impacting key KPIs

  • Support Global Source to Pay Initiatives to improve user interface on various Source to Pay tools and related software

  • Work with the business teams to deploy and increase supplier penetration of our E-invoicing solution especially in the Middle East Region

  • Support the S2P leadership in creating new Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions wherever necessary

What do you bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong analytical & Communication skills

  • KSA nationals eligible for Tamheer are encouraged to apply!

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable is a plus
