Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Handling Procurement of :

All types of Design Build Packages on EPC/Lumpsum Models related to Admin Buildings, Tank Farm Areas, Project Offices, Corporate offices, ETP, STP, Security Buildings, etc..

Understand the contract terms & conditions, discuss with the vendors, tracking the deviations, preparing the relevant comparative statement, performing cost benefit analysis (wherever required)

Should lead the negotiations with all the vendors/contractors

Preparing MIS and communicating to the seniors.

Expertise in performing internal costing, arriving cost benchmarking, Network connect within the industry.

Suggesting/Recommending/Developing New/Alternate vendors for the Packages.

Should be aware of complete P2P/C2P cycle and experience in working in SAP.

Should be capable of tracking post PO/Post Contract activities and effectively co-ordinate with respective stakeholders and ensuring that all the packages are meeting Need by Date of Project.

Essential Attributes

Handson Experience in working with SAP/SAP Hanna,

MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation

Problem Solving Skills, Data Analytics,

Negotiation Skills, Convincing Capabilities, Adaptable,

High Level of Integrity & Transparency.

Qualifications

BE/BTech (EEE/ECE/Mechanical)
