Job Description:

1. Procurement Analytics & Market Insights

Conduct spend and supplier analytics, deliver insights for category strategies, analyze markets and cost drivers, and assess complexity for simplification.

2. RFx Analytics & Sourcing Support

Support RFx events using Ariba, analyze bid data, prepare comparative dashboards, and provide post-event analytics.

3. Complexity Reduction & Value Generation

Partner with teams to optimize demand and harmonize specifications, support simplification, and contribute value-driven analytics.

4. Strategy Enablement & Decision Support

Provide analytical inputs and scenario models, develop dashboards and KPIs, collaborate across functions, and translate findings into recommendations.

5. Budgeting & Price Forecasting

Conduct price forecasting and variance analysis, consolidate spend data, and provide insights for cost predictability.

6. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

Ensure data accuracy and standardization, promote best practices, collaborate globally, and identify automation opportunities.

Skills Needed:

• Advanced Excel Skills and data visualization capabilities
• Mathematical & statistical skills to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data
• Ability to think strategically about the information that will help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions and to communicate the value of this information effectively. For example, understanding the Commodity movement (viz. Crude, Plastic Resins), tracking those and suggesting different courses of action, to take benefit of the market movement
